Individual Postmortem

Reflect upon your just completed project and write up a brief evaluation of:
  1. The quality of the end product.  How well does it meet the original goals?  Are there any known defects or omissions?
  2. The process used by your team.  What worked, what didn't work, what will you do differently next time?
  3. Your role.  What did you do well, how can you become more effective?
